Finding Power in the Poses - Workshop
Sunday, May 4 - 1pm-3pm
Location: Five Peaks PurcellvillePower up your Practice - May the 'Force" be with you!
Finding power in your poses through alignment. This workshop is designed to teach and demonstrate how to get the most out of your practice through alignment that works for your body.
During regular studio Power & Flow classes, there often isn't enough time to pause and really delve into the details for all the poses we encounter in our vinyasa sequences. And it's easy to get super strong but sometimes miss out on the full benefits of the poses by exploring subtle shifts in alignment, feet positioning, and engagement of bandas. In this workshop, Marcia will break down some foundational poses so that you can explore further benefits from your asana while establishing a sustainable practice for life!
